For the 5 bedroom/4 bath:
EVERY NIGHT OF THE YEAR IS........$1250 per night plus 10 1/2% tax plus refundable safety deposit.
NO SMOKERS AND NO PETS OF ANY SIZE (sorry but people have allergies).
