Check in times on Saturdays is 3:00 P.M. and check out time is 10:00 A.M for all summer rentals.
Sept. 1- May 24ish (whenever colleges finish)....$5500 per month.
OUTSIDE PARTIES CLOSE DOWN AT 10:00 PM EVERY NIGHT (CITY ORDINANCE). TAKE EVERYONE INSIDE AND WHOOP IT UP W/ WINDOWS CLOSED OR WALK TO BAR
NO BACHELORE PARTIES, NO KEGGARS OR CLASS REUNIONS ARE WELCOME! Wedding parties with extended guests of 20-40 doesn't work either.
NO LARGE PARTIES ARE WELCOME (UNLESS APPROVED BY THE OWNER). In other words 10 guys sleeping in 5 beds and visitors Crashing on the floors doesn't work!
VIOLATERS OF THESE RULES WILL CAUSE EARLY EVICTION AND LOSS OF RENTAL AND DEPOSIT.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED AND SORRY BUT ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OF ANY SIZE.
